During a month-long menu promotion at an Ontario chain of seafood restaurants, U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish sales increased 100 percent during the promotion, with post-event sales significantly higher. In a customer survey, the taste of the product was rated as good to excellent by 96 percent of diners. Further, 97 percent of diners said they would order U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish again.
Red Lobster Canada
Following one of Red Lobster Canada’s most successful product menu promotions in its history, U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish is now a regular item on the daily fresh catch menu at the chain’s 31 Canadian locations. The results of this initial one-month menu promotion were beyond expectations, with sales of catfish increasing nearly 7-fold during the promotion.
